What it is
RefSim is a training platform for football referees. It shows match situations and asks for the decision you'd make on the pitch: the restart and the disciplinary sanction. It then explains the correct decision and the Law behind it.
Who it's for
For referees in training preparing their exams, for schools and committees that want to train with their group through private leagues, and for players, coaches and fans who want to understand the Laws better.
How the plays are made
Each play is based on the current IFAB Laws of the Game and states the Law that applies. The explanations are written for RefSim. When a decision raises doubts, the play is removed from every mode until a referee validates it. If you find a mistake, let us know.
Independence
RefSim is an independent project. It is not affiliated with IFAB, FIFA, the RFEF or any referee federation or committee. The official text of the Laws of the Game is the one published by IFAB.

All content is free. To keep the project going, some pages show ads; the practice and exam screens don't.
